Prof. George Birkmayer NADH® Constant is stabilized NADH in the form of a tablet to be swallowed. It is protected against the gastric juices in the stomach and is absorbed in the small intestine. To avoid an oxidation before its absorption by the body, it is recommended to not eat twenty to thirty minutes after intake. The NADH reaches the cells in one to three hours. One tablet contains 20mg of stabilized NADH as a disodium salt.
