One package contains 60 capsules. Each capsule contains 20mg of stabilized NADH alongside 40mg of methyl-sulfonyl-methane (MSM), 200mg of glucosamine sulfate, and 160mg of chondroitin sulfate.
Prof. George Birkmayer NADH® ART has been specifically developed to provide glucosamine and chondroitin, the building blocks of cartilage. Seeing that the oxygen supply in the joints is limited, stabilized NADH has been added, to benefit from its strong biochemical attraction to oxygen.
It is recommended not to eat 30 minutes after the intake of Prof. George Birkmayer NADH® ART to avoid a reaction of NADH with the food in the stomach. There is no danger, but the efficacy of the NADH may be reduced if it is oxidized by the food before it is absorbed by the cells.
