Terms of service

1.  All orders and services of the Prof. George Birkmayer NADH GmbH are subject to these terms and conditions in the version currently published during the ordering processes.  All supplementary conditions have to be agreed upon in writing.

In case any of the terms or services are not valid, their closest approximation fulfilling these terms and conditions is.

By accepting our orders our general terms and conditions automatically apply.

2. Orders may be placed via the internet, submission of a written order form, by mail, telephone, or email.

Electronic orders will receive an automatic confirmation.  Orders are processed within the possibilities of our working capacity.

In case any product is out of stock, there are no legal consequences for the Prof. George Birkmayer NADH GmbH.

3. Order retraction

In accordance with article 40 of Swiss Law of Obligations, purchases received by mail can be retracted.

The ordered products must be returned in their original condition no later than 14 days after the purchase for a full refund.  Opened and partially consumed products cannot be reimbursed.  A written statement demanding a refund must be submitted along with the products.  Postage for the return of the products is to be paid by the customer.

4. Prices

Prices indicated on www.nadh.ch include VAT.  For orders under 250 CHF a fee of 6 CHF is charged for shipping and handling.  Although we seek to facilitate and accelerate the order process as much as we can, we reserve the right to ask for advance payment.

Overdue payments are subject to an interest rate of 12%.  The first reminder is free of charge, second and third reminders cost 25 CHF each.  All costs related to and caused by overdue payments are to be paid by the customer.

5. Delivery

All orders within Switzerland are delivered by Swiss Post AG.  To avoid damages we use standard packaging procedures, however we are not liable for damages during the delivery process.

6. Guarantee

All Information contained on our website or on our information material have been collected or verified by our team or other reliable sources.  They are intended to generally inform interested visitors of our site.  These and other written and orally communicated informations are not in any way binding to the Prof. George Birkmayer NADH GmbH.

In case of justified and documented faults of our products, we will offer a replacement.  Faulty products are to be returned to our office.  These products will be examined by our company and in case the fault lies within our responsibility, postage fees will be reimbursed.

If products are adequately stored and not exposed to factors which are known to or could possibly have a damaging effect on our products, the guarantee period is three months after the purchase of the products.

The client is obliged only to use our products according to Swiss laws and regulations.

We are not in any way responsible for technical faults of our online shop.

7. Unless otherwise stated, information and documentation received in written or printed form may not be duplicated, passed on to third parties, or used for other purposes as communicated, without the consent of the Prof. George Birkmayer NADH GmbH

We reserve the right to modify information we have provided. The content and structure of our homepage www.nadh.ch is protected by law. The use of the content from our homepage requires our written consent.

8. Customer data is only used in the scope it is necessary for the order process. Our clients have the right to revoke these rights. Unless legally obliged, the Prof. George Birkmayer NADH GmbH will not pass customer data on to third parties.

9. These conditions are subject to Swiss law. The place of execution is the seat of the Prof. George Birkmayer NADH GmbH
